Cleanser Ender Potluck

Do you ever have one of those mornings…you feel like eating nothing? You feel like cooking nothing? Nothing inspires you? The grocery store is boring? You don’t crave anything?

Well, I’m having one of those mornings. I can’t honestly think why I could be experiencing this. Last night was so incredibly inspiring I thought I would eat like a million bucks for the rest of my life.

Maybe that’s the problem. Everything just looked and tasted so good and so HEALTHY. Yum.

It was the Cleanser-Ender Potluck. The last evening and celebration of the 10-Day Spring Community Cleanse NOURISH ran. It included some FAB foods, some FAB people and a Info-Full evening. But honestly, I couldn’t get enough. Delish. And now…I’m not inspired to make a thing – because I was so spoiled with goodness.

And you know what…this wasn’t everything. We turned the (above) Spa Water into sparkling with Carrie’s Soda Stream, we ate raw cocao/coconut bark, and roasted rhubarb. THIS is the way you want to exit a cleanse – with continued excitement for eating clean. I will give my body and brain a rest today because tomorrow I’m going to be excited again.
